Jared Baxter is an environmental project manager with nearly a decade of experience leading complex environmental reviews and coordinating multidisciplinary teams for public infrastructure projects. His experience spans federal agencies, private consulting, and municipal clients, with expertise in NEPA compliance, environmental permitting, and project delivery.

As founder of Baxter Environmental, Jared combines technical environmental knowledge with professional project management practices to help clients move projects from planning through regulatory approval. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and has supported some of the Intermountain West's most significant water and transportation projects.
