Washington County Water Reuse Projects

Baxter Environmental provides NEPA oversight services under the direction of the Bureau of Reclamation for the proposed Central Reuse System. Baxter Environmental also oversaw preparation of the environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact for the Eastside Reuse System.

Lake Powell Pipeline Project

Mr. Jared Baxter was the NEPA specialist for the lead federal agency while employed by the Bureau of Reclamation. Mr. Baxter led the development of a draft environmental impact statement (EIS).

Green River Block Water Exchange Contract

Mr. Baxter was the NEPA specialist leading development of the Green River Block Water Exchange Contract environmental assessment while employed by the Bureau of Reclamation. The finding of no significant impact and associated final environmental assessment were published in February 2019. The exchange contract was executed the next month.

Big Sandy Reservoir Enlargement

Mr. Baxter was the NEPA specialist for the reservoir enlargement project while employed by the Bureau of Reclamation. He led development of the environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact, as well as acquired the necessary regulatory approvals from USACE, USFWS, and Wyoming DFG.

Utah DOT Environmental Assessments

Mr. Baxter was the NEPA specialist leading the development of environmental assessments supporting UDOT transportation improvements while employed by the Bureau of Reclamation.
